Terms of Service

These terms cover the current NOVA Creator Studio Desktop Sandbox and its TikTok Upload-to-Inbox test integration.

1. Development status

NOVA Creator Studio is currently a private development and testing project for the authorized target user identified in the TikTok Developer Sandbox. It is not offered as a public service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok.

2. Creator authorization and control

The creator must authorize TikTok access through the official Login Kit screen. The integration uses Upload to Inbox to deliver a draft. Direct Post is disabled. The creator remains responsible for reviewing the video, caption, AI disclosure, music rights, audience and privacy settings inside TikTok before choosing whether to publish.

3. Content responsibilities

The creator may use only content they own or are licensed to use and must follow applicable laws, TikTok rules and disclosure requirements. NOVA must not be used to impersonate others, infringe rights, mislead viewers or distribute unlawful or harmful material.

4. TikTok and other third-party services

TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API are operated by TikTok under TikTok's own terms and policies. Availability, processing and final publication are controlled by TikTok. NOVA does not claim ownership of the creator's TikTok account or uploaded content.

5. Security and credentials

The creator must keep app credentials and account access secure. NOVA stores supported OAuth secrets encrypted locally and must not place them in chat messages, project documentation or public files.

6. Experimental service and warranty

The Sandbox is provided for development testing on an “as available” basis. It may change, stop or fail. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that drafts will upload, remain available or be accepted for publication.

7. Suspension and deletion

Access may be disconnected at any time. The creator can revoke TikTok authorization and remove locally stored connection data and receipts by following the Data Deletion instructions.

8. Changes

These terms will be revised before any public or multi-user release. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
