Creator control
Disconnect and delete data
The Sandbox stores TikTok authorization and receipts locally. The creator can remove access without requesting permission from NOVA.
1. Disconnect TikTok in NOVA
Use the local TikTok connection control and choose Disconnect. NOVA sends a token-revocation request to TikTok and removes the encrypted user tokens from its local OAuth record.
2. Revoke access in TikTok
The creator can also open TikTok account settings, review connected apps and services, and remove NOVA Creator Studio. TikTok controls the exact account-settings labels and its own retained platform records.
3. Remove local receipts
After disconnecting, the creator may delete the relevant local TikTok Inbox receipt and episode files. Receipts contain processing identifiers and hashes, not OAuth access or refresh tokens. Keep files only when they are needed for troubleshooting or duplicate-upload prevention.
4. Request help
For access or deletion help, email asamitko@abv.bg from an address that can be used to verify the request. Do not send TikTok passwords, one-time codes, Client Secrets or OAuth tokens.
